BioPlus H2AAA + Mineralising industrial Filters
BioPlus H2AAA + Mineralising industrial Filters
What is Alkaline water?
We need to first look at the pH scale. pH, denoted as the potential of Hydrogen or power of Hydrogen, is used in Chemistry to determine the acidity or basicity (also known as Alkalinity) of an aqueous solution on a scale of 0 to 14. Something with a pH of 1 would be very acidic, and something with a pH of 13 would be very alkaline or also known as basic. 7 is for denoting neutral water.
Alkaline water has a higher pH level than regular drinking water, usually of pH 5.5-6.5. It’s helpful as we know the consumption of acidic food & drinks, for example, your morning tea or coffee, alcohol, soft drinks, and food with many spices, has increased like never before. And as we also know, all kinds of pollution have increased like never before. All of this has led our bodies to be acidic. Due to acidic bodies, we have a few very common problems these days like acid reflux (acidity), hypertension, diabetes, gastric problems & many more health-related problems.
Beneficial drinking water is to be anywhere between 8 – 9 pH.
How is it beneficial to a normal human being?
- Helps fight acid reflux (acidity)
- Helps fight gastric problems
- Better hydration
- Facilitates better metabolism.
- Better skin
- Helps reduce the side effects of Cancer radiation treatment, radiation treatment being highly acidic.
Antioxidant Water
ORP denoted as Oxidation Reduction Potential, defines the ability of an aqueous solution to oxidize or redox the place where it is present. Positive ORP indicates the oxidation potential the solution has & negative ORP indicates the redox or antioxidant potential of the solution. The solution we are dealing with here is drinking water. Usually, the ORP of tap water, bottled water, or any normal purified water has a positive ORP.
Hydrogen Rich Water
Normal drinking water has 0 dissolved molecular Hydrogen in it. We have products that facilitate dissolved molecular Hydrogen in water. Dissolved molecular Hydrogen has benefits like being absorbed by the body quickly, making water antioxidant, reducing inflammation, reducing the risk of metabolic syndrome, providing neuroprotection for various diseases, reducing side effects associated with cancer radiation treatment, and 150 more benefits. Dissolved Hydrogen has ppb (parts per billion) as it is a unit of measurement. The more dissolved molecular Hydrogen, the more beneficial it is.
Mineralization
The mineralization feature comes only with Bioceramic technology. Usually, water in South Africa has a lot of impurities & so needs Reverse Osmosis (RO) purification. RO is necessary for removing harsh impurities but it also over-purifies water & removes essential minerals. Bioceramics add essential minerals like Calcium, Sodium, Potassium & Magnesium, and more.
What technology is used?
The Bio+ H2AAA Industrial filters use revolutionary Bioceramic Technology & Activated Carbon.
About bioceramic technology
The word ‘ceramic’ means a hard material that is created when the clay is heated to very high temperatures. The Ceramic balls are made from various kinds of natural minerals. This technology was found in Korea. It is baked and cooled under high temperatures several times. Bioceramic balls are mineral balls, through several minerals like Magnesium, Zinc, and Calcium, it increase water pH, decrease ORP, infuse dissolved Hydrogen, add essential minerals & more.
About bio+ activated carbon
There are many types of high-tech activated carbon filters available for the filtration of water. The performance of these filters depends on the strata (layers of rocks in the ground) from which it is derived (e.g. anthracite coal, bone char, coconut shell) and the way it is manufactured. Coconut shells are one of the stravas showing the best results & which is why with experience & research, Bio+ offers Activated Carbon Filters made from coconut shells.
Bio+ H2AAA Industrial Filters give out the optimum levels of Hydrogen, pH, ORP & Minerals with guaranteed performance. These filters are to be used for post-treatment of water.
