Description
Runxin N75A Automatic Filter – Smart & High-Flow Filtration
The Runxin N75A automatic filter delivers efficient, automated filtration for sand, carbon, or multimedia filter tanks. By automating the backwash cycle, it ensures your system stays clean and efficient, and therefore reduces manual maintenance. As a result, you can enjoy continuous filtered water with minimal intervention.
Key Features
- High Flow Rate: Rated at approximately 10 m³/h, making it suitable for large filter tanks.
- Inlet / Outlet Ports: Uses 2″ male connections for both inlet and outlet, which support high-volume media vessels.
- Drain Connection: Also 2″ male, allowing robust backwash discharge.
- Mount Base: 4″-8UN mount type with a 1.5″ riser pipe.
- Operating Conditions:
- Water Pressure: 0.15 – 0.6 MPa
- Water Temperature: 5°C – 50°C
- Turbidity: < 20 FTU for backwash systems (typical for Runxin filter valves)
- Power Supply: Uses a transformer (AC 100–240 V → DC 24 V, 1.5 A) for its control head.
- Sealing: Features hermetic ceramic head faces that resist corrosion and wear, ensuring consistent performance.
- Automatic Backwash & Rinse Cycles: The valve can be programmed for Service → Backwash → Fast Rinse → Service cycles, making maintenance seamless. Chima
- Control Features:
- LED display shows current status (service, backwash, rinse)
- Manual “Backwash / Return” button for on-demand rinsing
- Button lock after 1 minute of inactivity to prevent accidental program changes
- Memory Function: In the event of a power outage, settings are retained, and on power return, the control resumes its scheduled cycles. Chima
- Interlock Function (Optional): Supports interlock mode in multi-valve setups, so only one valve backwashes at a time, maintaining continuous service when multiple filters are in parallel. Run Xin
Benefits
- Reduced Labor: Automates the backwash process, so you don’t need to manually trigger rinse cycles.
- Improved Media Efficiency: High flow allows for effective cleaning of filter media, which extends its lifespan.
- Durable Design: Ceramic sealing ensures long-term reliability and prevents leaks.
- Flexible Programming: Choose custom backwash timings, fast rinse, and service cycles according to your media and water use.
- Fail-Safe Operation: Retains programming after power loss, so you don’t lose your settings.
- System Integration: Interlock and remote signal output allow for integration into complex or automated water treatment systems.
Ideal Applications
- Sand/quartz media filters in RO pre-treatment
- Activated-carbon filter systems (residential or commercial)
- Multimedia filtration systems (e.g., mixed media)
- Industrial or municipal water filtration setups requiring automated rinse cycles
