Description

Runxin F64F Manual Softener – Powerful & Controlled Water Softening

The Runxin F64F manual softener provides a reliable and manual solution for large softening systems. Because it uses a handwheel to cycle through regeneration stages, you maintain complete control over when to regenerate. Moreover, its high flow rating supports heavy use, and as a result, it works well for demanding softening applications.

Key Features

  • Flow Rate: It supports up to 6 m³/h, which makes it suitable for high‑demand systems.
  • Inlet / Outlet Ports: Uses 1.5″ male inlet and outlet connections, giving flexibility in tank design and plumbing.
  • Drain Connection: Includes a ¾″ male drain to allow effective water discharge during regeneration.
  • Brine Line Connector: Uses a ½″ male brine line for manual refill.
  • Mounting: Comes with a 2.5″‑8 NPSM base and a 1.25″ riser pipe, making installation straightforward.
  • Working Range:
    • Pressure: 0.15–0.6 MPa
    • Temperature: 5–50 °C
    • Turbidity: Supports down-flow regeneration < 5 FTU for typical soft water.
  • Sealing: Features hermetic ceramic head faces, which resist corrosion and maintain reliable sealing through many cycles.
  • Regeneration Cycle: The handwheel lets you manually switch through the full cycle: Service → Backwash → Brine & Slow Rinse → Brine Refill → Fast Rinse.
  • Handle Options: You can choose between a plastic handle (default) or a metal handle, depending on your preference and setup.

Benefits

  1. Precise Regeneration Control: Because regeneration is manual, you decide exactly when to run each cycle — giving you flexibility and efficiency.
  2. High Throughput: The 6 m³/h capacity ensures your system can handle large volumes, making it suitable for big softener tanks.
  3. Durable Design: Ceramic sealing ensures long-term reliability and reduces the risk of leaks or wear.
  4. Flexible Installation: With its 1.5″ ports and mount options, you can integrate it into a variety of resin tank sizes.
  5. Salt & Water Efficiency: Manual control of regeneration allows you to minimize salt and water usage during brine refill.
  6. Long-Lasting Build: The handwheel mechanism gives you a proven, maintenance-friendly design that doesn’t rely on power.

Ideal Applications

  • Large residential or commercial water-softening systems
  • Boiler-feed softening where high flow is needed
  • RO pre-treatment softeners that demand manual control
  • Industrial setups where automatic regeneration is less practical
