Description

Runxin F64A Manual Softener – Controlled & Reliable Water Softening

The Runxin F64A manual softener delivers a dependable and hands‑on solution for residential or light industrial water-softening systems. Because you manually rotate the handwheel, you control the regeneration cycle precisely. Moreover, this manual control helps you save salt and water, and as a result, you gain efficiency and flexibility in your softening operation.

Key Features

  • Flow Rate: The valve supports up to 4 m³/h, which makes it well-suited for standard softener tanks.
  • Port Sizes: Uses 1″ female connections for both inlet and outlet.
  • Drain Connection: Features a ½″ male drain port for effective brine discharge.
  • Brine Line: Equipped with a ⅜″ male connector for brine refill.
  • Mount Base: Uses a 2.5″‑8 NPSM base with a 1.05″ OD riser pipe, making installation straightforward.
  • Operating Range: It functions between 0.15–0.6 MPa and 5–50°C, therefore offering good flexibility for different water systems.
  • Turbidity Tolerance: The valve supports down-flow regeneration at < 5 FTU, which helps maintain resin performance.
  • Sealing: It uses hermetic ceramic head faces, which resist corrosion and ensure a tight, long-lasting seal.
  • Regeneration Cycle: With the handwheel, you manually step through: Service → Backwash → Brine & Slow Rinse → Brine Refill → Fast Rinse.
  • Handle Options: Comes with either a plastic handle or a metal handle, giving you a choice based on durability vs cost.
  • Installation Flexibility: You can mount it on top of the tank, or side-mounted if your setup requires it.

Benefits

  1. Full Manual Control: Since regeneration is handled manually, you decide exactly when to clean your resin — which can lead to better salt efficiency.
  2. Stable Flow: The 4 m³/h capacity supports smooth flow under normal operating conditions.
  3. Trustworthy Sealing: The ceramic sealing ensures durability, reducing the risk of leaks or wear even after many cycles.
  4. Flexible Setup: Whether you mount it on top or the side, the valve adapts easily to your softener tank.
  5. Efficient Brine Management: You control brine refill with precision, so you can optimize salt consumption.
  6. Built to Last: The handwheel mechanism is simple and dependable — no electronics needed.

Ideal Applications

  • Residential water-softening systems
  • RO pre-treatment (ion-exchange) softeners
  • Boiler softening systems
  • Light commercial water-softening installations
