The 1812 100 GPD FilmTec membrane is designed for residential RO systems that need reliable flow and effective contaminant removal. It produces approximately 100 gallons per day (380 litres/day) and fits all standard 1812 membrane housings. Because of its durability and performance, this membrane works well as both a replacement and an upgrade for home drinking-water units.
Features of the 1812 100 GPD FilmTec Membrane
- Rated Output: 100 GPD (~380 L/day)
- Salt Rejection: Up to ±98%
- Membrane Type: Spiral-wound thin-film composite (TFC)
- Dimensions: ~298 mm × 44.5 mm (fits 1812 housings)
- Ideal Feed Water: Tap or pre-treated borehole water with low to moderate TDS
Operating Limits
To maintain optimal performance, observe these limits:
- Max Temperature: 45 °C
- Max Operating Pressure: 150 psi
- Max Cleaning Pressure: 300 psi

Benefits of Using the 1812 100 GPD FilmTec
This membrane ensures consistent permeate flow, excellent contaminant removal, and improved water taste. Additionally, it reduces dissolved solids and provides long-lasting reliability. Furthermore, it fits standard 1812 housings, making installation straightforward. As a result, homeowners and small offices can enjoy clean, safe drinking water with minimal maintenance.
Moreover, its advanced thin-film composite technology enhances durability, allowing stable performance even with daily use.
Installation & Maintenance
- Confirm your RO system supports 1812 membranes.
- First, install sediment and carbon pre-filters to protect the membrane.
- Insert the membrane following the proper flow direction.
- Next, flush the system to remove preservatives.
